As for sexual activity that will take time too.

Your surgeon should be talking to you afterwards about how long healing should take, what to look out for, what you can or cannot do and you should have a check up quite soon afterwards. They should also supply you with a sheet of information.

It will be best if there is someone to help you for at least a week folllowing the procedures. You will not be able to lift anything for quite sometime and even the simplest taks will be painful, difficult and recommended against from doing. Even moving your arms upwards to brush your hair.

No matter what, follow the directions after your surgery. Do not take any chances.
