Broken Blood Vessels in Both eyes.?

For about 4 days now ive had broken blood vessels in both my eyes but everyday it seems to get worse instead of better. I recently just started exersizing again to get my weight down and went with a friend to the gym and did his usual routine of Lifting Running and ab workouts.
My friend had me lift more than ive ever done before and i was really straining and also he had me do about 100 crunches with a 20lb medicine ball
after the work out i was in the bathroom and i noticed that the broken blood vessels in my eyes had gotten alot larger i went home googled it and found that it might be subjunctive hemmoragging and is caused by straining and should go away on its on in a week or two, but as the days go by it seems to get worse.
There is no pain or no vision problems as of yet and i really want to find out what this is because the bleeding is getting closer to the pupils in my eyes and i dont want to risk blindness
Any help greatly appreiciated.

A subconjunctival hemorrhage always looks worse before getting better. It usually takes a couple of weeks to a month before it will go away. It will always stay on the white part of the eye(sclera), it wont ever cross over the pupil into your vision. Hope this helps!

Visine by Pfizer gets the red out within a minute, if conditions
persist please contact your physician!

are you kidding me get to eye dr before you r blind...what the fu*k r you doing...you should be at emergency room...

This has happened to me before Once it was caused by medication I was taking that can make you bleed easliy and my blood pressure went really high-- It will get worse before it gets better because your body needs to absorb the blood. But You need to check your blood pressure. and if it gets worse go to the doctor.

it will go in a couple of weeks , this is a subconjunctival hemorrhage , it will take it's time and resolve .

agreed probable subconj heme. problem is...if it occurred in both eyes simultaneously... that could be from a systemic disease or a medication you're taking. you need to consult your optometrist and PCP

Speak with his doctor and see what the problem is. Also with an opthamologist. Asking for diagnoses here is not really a good idea.
