most of us do it, but what are the side effects.
is there actually cause to worry like they did in the 50's, thinking it causes blindness.

The effects are being relaxed, a wounderful feeling, sexual satisfaction, and wanting to get yhat good feeling again as soon as possible. So just enjoy doing it, it's very healthy.

Well there are side effects but none too bad that I really know of.....I can tell you though from experience that it just makes you feel tired afterwards (sometimes).....tired or drained......but i think thats the feeling you get after the real thing too so uh......hehe, enjoy
