Stop Frequent Urination, not caused by Diabetes or Prostate? |
Hi there, I am a male in my late twenties, early thirties who (mostly during the night) has to use the bathroom quite a bit. It disturbs my sleep and even though I'm down for about 8-10 hours, I still feel miserable when I get up. I have gone to the doctor and been cleared from having diabetes and from having anything wrong with my prostate or even a UTI. Do Keigel (pronounced kee-gal) exercises to help this. Pinch the muscle that you would use to stop the flow if you were actually peeing (try it once when you鈥檙e at the toilet) and hold it for 10 seconds. Do this 10 or so times every day 鈥?while you鈥檙e sitting in the car, or while you鈥檙e at your desk working鈥?wherever. There is pressure on your bladder. But since you say the doc has cleared you of any prostate problem, something else is exerting pressure on your bladder, which is inducing the need to pee frequently. |
