Do you think im bipolar? |
Hi everyone. I know it's kinda stupid asking people on here about this, i doubt there are many doctors, but i need oppinions. I was born with a birthmark on my face. which isnt horrible but still bothers me alot. It is light purple and it covers the whole left side of my face.I think it makes me really ugly. I only have one friend. And i feel that he only hangs with me because no one does and he feels pitty for me. I feel that everyone treats me differnt then they do others. I feel like people doesnt consider me as good as other people and this really hurts me. People talk to me once in a while but when other people are around its like im not even there. Sometimes im happy and im able to overlook it, but when i see people doing something and communicated with others and pretending like im not there. i instantly get really mad inside and i wanna quit whatever im doing. whether it be my job or whatever and i want to just tell everyone to go to hell and go out and kill myself. any help? You haven't provided any evidence that you're Bipolar. That's not to say you're not struggling. It sounds more like depression, but there's not enough information to know. Getting a mental health evaluation will tell you what you're really up against diagnostically. you very well could be bipolar but you won't know unless you get the proper mental health assessment ASAP I do not believe you are bipolar which is a.k.a manic depression. I have a relative who suffers from being bipolar and it is not at all what you described. You definitely lack self esteem and confidence and need some way to direct your anger. Everything you have described points to difficulty dealing with your feelings. You seem to be defensive and that is probably the quality that keeps people from being friendly around you. I doubt very much that your birthmark makes people consider you less of anything. I would advise that you work on being more social and personable. I know that is easy to say and hard to do but you can create a happier life for yourself by working on how you react to your feelings. Try finding some reading material on anger management and building self esteem. If this is not for you, a therapist can teach you skills to cope with how you feel. Also seek support from your family members who would be happy to see you feel better. There are many ways to better yourself and cope with your feelings. Keep your spirits up and never feel stupid asking about this. You did the right thing by asking, now do the right thing by getting some help! Best wishes. |
