Are you worry of the spread of Birds Flu ? |
Are you worry of the spread of Birds Flu ? I feel there is anything to be worried about yet as the virus is in a form that can't affect humans as yet. Yes we can get it by eating the meat from an infected animal but we it can't be passed from human to human which is when I would become worried as it is a new virus that we have absoulutely no immunity to and I believe the government has immunisations to prevent it but not to cure it and not enough for the amount of people it would be expected to effect should it mutate to be infectious amongst humans. it can be very scary,, Here no.Worried for others,a little. Not At All that could be a real problem... in fact, it is a real problem :( hmm seems that it is just another type of flu, with newer and improved medications, the flu must take on different variations. no not going to worry about it here, worry causes stress, stress lowers the immune system making it easier to be set up to get it. think about it. Nope. I think there are much more immediate threats than bird flu. I think we should be worried about it, but people generally are apathetic towards it. Soon it will mutate, and I believe the mutation will occur in the Western world. I currently live a few miles away from where the bird flu was found in Scotland. People don't seem to care. The grocery stores have not reported a decrease in their egg and chicken sales. It's when people are arrogant and complacent that something bad like the spread of bird flu to humans will occur. |
