Where should I report to if I see dead bird on the street?

To prevent bird flu from spreading...

In the UK - someone like DEFRA or your local vet.

contact animal control in your area, such as a wildlife refuge game and fish comission. if no help there contact the centers for disease control

If you're in the U.S. - nothing really. Not all birds can transmit bird flu - and it's not an issue in the U.S. yet.

Contact the animal control in your area. They will send someone out to get it and have it checked.
