Health question regarding -primary biliary-cirrhosis, why do the sufferers feel so tired all the time? |
even with the vitamins and good life style, exercise and moderate alcohol. depression and tiredness seem the main problems liver disease will cause other organs to work harder, thus in turn causing fatigue. when the liver is damaged, it works harder to filter the toxins out of the body. the toxins eventually build up in the body, passing the blood brain barrier and causing cns disease, ie, depression. protein in meat can cause alot of toxins.the best way to get protein is from fish-chicken is okay if only eaten 2x a week.beans if you like them-black is the best. If you have to have red meat, hamburger but keep it down to 1x weekly.heppystephy@yahoo.com Report It |
