Any x ray tech out there please help me with result?

i had a sonogram, yesterday for gallbladder problems, i had to pick up x-ray to take to specialist gastrointesenist , the results say the exam demonstrates, a grossly normal appearing gallbladder, there is no evidence sonographic for cholelihiasis no wall thickening-bile ducts measures 3mm, reportedly there was a neg sonographic murphy sign,

Your radiologist's findings regarding your ultrasound equal a normal exam.

Grossly normal appearing gallbladder = no tumors, polyps etc seen within the gallbladder

no evidence of cholelithiasis = they don't see gallstones. Cholelithiasis is a fancy, medical term for gallstones

no wall thickening = gallbladder wall is normal thickness. If it were thickened it could be a sign the gallbladder could be diseased. Gallstones or hepatitis can cause this.

bile duct measurement = the common bile duct should measure small, and 3 mm is small. If the duct were dilated or enlarged, it could be a sign of disease. Over 7 mm is considered abnormal.

Murphy's sign = a positive Murphy's is when the sonographer presses over the area of the gallbladder, and the patient complains of pain. A positive Murphy's sign is an indication you have inflammation of the gallbladder. You apparently did not experience pain during the exam, according to the sonographer.....

I am glad you are seeing a specialist, but nothing on your ultrasound sounds anything but normal.....
