Funny twitching in my liver?

I have had this funny twitching in my liver over the past two weeks, as if I can feel bile or small stones moving through my biliary ducts. This is absolutely not painful - just funny to feel movement in the liver - like how one regularly feels gurgling in the stomach. I am a regular Bikram yoga practicioner and am wondering if the practice clears out one's liver like this. Does anyone have any ideas about this?

No, but every once in awhile my gallbladder twitches and feels like a fish on the end of a stick-is it anything similar to that?
