Diagnosis doctor?

um if your a doctor that specializes in the respiratory system, could you tell me why [when i go to bed] when i turn sideways that half of my nose could hardly get air, its like when u got a cold, but i dont have a cold or anything, i feel fine, some sort of benign tumor maybe? and when i try to blow my left nose some of the air goes to my right ear, for reals i check my left nose using a ear bud, and theres some sort of bone thats blocking part of my air hole but i dont feel anything different, same to the right but none of that bone part, also when i check the the nose hole that can't get air [depending on the side i'm on] it feels as if the nose hole constricted a little bit. so i just really wanted to breathe normaly when i sleep help any1?

i dont have a runny nose or anything like that plus its been like it for about a half a year or so, and when it happens,it feels like i have something stuck in my nose, and sometimes my mucus goes to my throat making it harder for me to breathe

The type doctor you need is a ears nose throat doctor not a lung doctor. You problems point to one disorder see if this helps
A deviated septum may cause one or more of the following:

Blockage of one or both nostrils
Nasal congestion, sometimes one-sided
Frequent nosebleeds
Frequent sinus infections
At times, facial pain, headaches, postnasal drip
Noisy breathing during sleep (in infants and young children)
In some cases, a person with a mildly deviated septum has symptoms only when he or she also has a "cold" (an upper respiratory tract infection). In these individuals, the respiratory infection triggers nasal inflammation that temporarily amplifies any mild airflow problems related to the deviated septum. Once the "cold" resolves, and the nasal inflammation subsides, symptoms of a deviated septum often resolve, too.

Probably a good idea to go to your doc instead of posting here. You can try breathe right strips though.
