Face still uneven after Bells Palsy?

I had Bell's Palsy about 5 years ago and my face is still uneven. It got better after I took the meds but it didn't heal completely.

It becomes obvious when I take pictures.
Is there any way my face can heal now?

I have bells palsy and suffer with this as well.

Mine is caused by the nerves healing in a faulty manner. My mouth still radiates to the side slightly when I have a full smile and my eye still shows differences. I have heard that acupuncture might/could help me and I am currently looking into that option.

If 5 years has gone by without improvement, then the chances of it improving now are very slim.
