Any suggestions on coping with long term Bells Palsy?

Chances of recovery are actually good. The first thing you should do (if you haven't already done so) is find a good neurologist that you can trust. He or she will guide you through this condition. Everyone reacts differently to Bells Palsy. Your experiences will be quite different from other people's experiences.
