What can I do to make the sporadic eye twitches go away? |
I had Bell's Palsy about 6 months ago...now for the last week, the same eye started to twitch again. It comes and goes but it's quite frequent. The twitches are driving me crazy! I hope the Bell's Palsy isn't coming back! I don't have any pain behind the ear though. What's happening? Also can be caused by electrolite imbalance. Try some potassium like bananas or potatoes and decrease your sodium (salt) intake. eye twitching that comes and goes... often caused by STRESS... |
