Diagnosed with Bell's Palsy, and I'm pregnant.?

As Bell's Palsy goes I have paralysis on the left side of my face and neck, but in additon I have a constant headache and my left shoulder feels tight and sore......anyone out there experience this or offer any advice....

I had a bad case of Bells Palsy less than a year ago. I had a very acute headache and head pain that accompanied this. I also had alot of pain in the back of my neck on the affected side and my face was very sore too. I did not have pain in my shoulder.
Heres an article that discusses what I noticed when I was diagnosed as well as some basic info you might find helpful
