Not sure how to ask this?

I live in a home where my mother is sick and my husband is sick also. It is a very depressing place to be, I am starting to get stomach aches, pressure in my neck and upper back, belching, keep getting bronchical colds these past few years. I never had all these. Has anyone in here ever lived in this situation and if so how did you deal with all the sadness and doctor and hospital visits you had to make to see your loved ones. And how did you feel sitting at home seeing them suffer? Thanks

One thing you can do is try and make sure you are as healthy as possible. That means eating healthy, (no junk foods, sodas, fast food) , taking vitamins ( a multiple vitamin, b-complex for your nervous system , a zinc/calcium/magnesium blend for your immune system and your bones). You should also get a flu shot every year which will keep you from getting both the flu and will lessen the number of colds you will get. (There was a study completed last year that proved flu shots lessen the number of colds a person gets. )

Only you can take care of your own health. If you are healthy you will be less likely to be unable to deal with the stress of seeing your loved ones going through all these troubles.

I'm sorry you are dealing with so much. Just don't ignore your own health.

Maybe you need to get on some medication for depression??? Just to get over this time in your life.

I take it they are having some chronic diseases (you did not mention), so it must be very tiring for you to care for them specially when you yourself fall ill. It's commendable that you are managing all this stress. You need a strong will power, in addition to maintaining your own health by healthy diet & exercises, try some yoga/meditation. It will boost up your mental energy.
Good luck!
