Is getting fatter the reason my breath stinks?

I'm 26, and because of work I just don't have time to work out like I used to. I'm fat for the first time in my life.

I've been having a lot of constipation ever since i got fat, I never used to have that problem. I get heartburn often which I never had a problem with before either. I never used to belch, but now it seems I'm doing it all the time.

For the last year, people have told me my breath stinks. I hadn't paid much attention to that, but people never used to tell me that.
I still go to the dentist every 6 month for my cleaning. I still use gargle 3 tiems per day, and brush my teeth 3 times per day, and I floss from time to time.

Then it hit me!! All these stomach problems that I've been having ever since I got fat have been making me belch a lot, and I just never used to do that.

I you hear all these stuff about going to the dentist, gargling, brushing, and flossing. But, how come you never hear on TV being fat makes your breath stink?

I would say the problem is in your colon. Go to a health food store and talk to the staff. They will probably recommend a colon cleanser. You should probably use the colon cleanser for three months and I bet you will notice a difference. There is also chlorophyll that comes in tablet or liquid form. Chlorophyll is an internal
deodorizer. It is a natural product that will turn your poop green but there will be no
smell. Also available at the health food store.

Just because you can't work out doesn't mean you have to gain weight. Cut back on those calories. No soda....drink water with lemon.

Gale your soo smart. this helped me too Report It

it's probably something in your diet, likely to be the same thing that's causing constipation and belching. Maybe you're eating too much bread or sugar. Fix you diet, fix your breath and you might even lose weight.

you might have candidia its a yeast problem that has all these sytoms look it up,, i had it the doctors dont reconise it so it of to the health food shop for u docs had me to hospital and allsorts then out of desperation i went to the "witch" doctor at the health food shop

If by "fatter" you mean the size of penis you are placing into your mouth, then I would say yes,

BUT, if you're not gay and I'm reading this all wrong;

I'd say no, YOU getting fatter is not the reason for bad breath (halitosis), but being a fat-*** who is too lazy to brush his teeth 3 times daily is probably a cause!

BUT, if you aren't a lazy fat-***, I'm reading this all wrong again,

...then the obvious culprit, I'm afraid, is one of your friends playing a horrible prank on you by drugging you and later, while you are passed out, taking a **** in your mouth; which could also be a cause of the weigh gain.

Good luck whatever is causing it.

No its your arm pit... the cleanliness of the mouth defines the smell of the breath also it depends on what you eat

your breathe stinks because you are unhealthy inside, so many fat people can have bad breathe. But it can still happen to anybody regardless of their weight, if you eat just junk food but have a high metabolism(means you naturally burn off food faster than others if you didn't know) your body may not be fat but you will be unhealthy inside and get bad breathe.

My tips are try eating more fruit and vegtables, drink more water and carry a packet of mints with you, if you are around people and you have a bad taste in your mouth, have one.

Good luck
