Had sonogram on liver and gallbladder. They said gallbladder looked good. Liver looked enlarged .?

Looked like fatty liver. My liver enzymes were 90. I little pain after I eat below rib cage in middle of stomach . I also belch a lot it seems. What does this mean?

Fat can build up in between the cells of the liver. When it does this, it can cause the cells to be blocked from nourishment and oxygen they would normally receive from the blood. People who have some types of fatty liver can help the

Liver patients are usually told to be careful of certain things
when they realize they have a liver problem:
(1) Do not drink alcoholic beverages
(2) Tell the doctor all medications you are taking, this
includes over the counter, herbs, herbal teas, and any
drugs prescribed by other doctors. The reason for
this is because all medications go through the liver to
be broken down before going to the rest of the body and
many drugs on the market can be more harmful to the liver.
(3) Stay clear of chemicals (example: carbon tetrachloride)
(4) Wash your hands often and when you cannot use
Purell or germX. Do not eat out of open salad bars or
dips that others stick food into like chips, vege. Also be
sure and wash any fruit or vege from the grocery store.
Things like shopping cart handles, money, door knobs,
telephones, etc hold alot of germs. You want to stay
as healthy as you can so you won't burden the liver when
it is trying to heal.
