There is a cure for belching? |
I am continuously belching, I already had been checking for different doctors, I took all the acid reflux medicines without result. Try drinking less gassy drinks, soda etc....and chew with your mouth closed and chew(eat) slowly.Gulping down your food is not only bad for digestion but also causes excess air, hence burping. change your diet, less gassy foods The causes for belching or burping are as under : If you could take care of these aspects I think you will have improvement. Also take somewhat less quantity of food than your usual intake. -Burping is typically caused by eating or drinking too fast, and thereby swallowing (aerophagia) and subsequently expelling air, in which case the expelled gas is a mixture of nitrogen and oxygen. Burps can also be caused by imbibing carbonated drinks such as beer, soft drinks, or champagne, in which case the expelled gas is carbon dioxide from the drink itself. Gastroesophageal reflux disease can also cause involuntary burping. Some studies have suggested that aerophagia is not the primary culprit but that burping is in fact a learned (social) behaviour. Sounds like to me you are retaining fluid on your ears, you need to go see your doctor and get it corrected. |
