Anyone have some alternative ways to deal with acid reflex and to stop belching? |
I've never had those things before, so The best way to deal with acid reflux is home remedies. I have compiled some of the home remedies for acid reflux. In addition to the trigger foods mentioned earlier, eliminate soda pop, the carbonated beverages can trigger acid reflux. Also peppermint and onions can contribute to acid reflux. |
