I got stung by a bug and i need help ASAP!? |
I was driving few days ago with my windows opened and i felt a stinging sensation and once i got out of the car and checked the mirror bottom of my chin was kind of swelling (but it did not hurt at all). the first day my chin was just a bit hard then after 2-3days later, today, my chin is harder and the stinging area is really big. i don't think i got stung by a bee because if i did i would've noticed it. also there is no such scab,zit-sort of looking thing which i can pop so i have no idea what to do. it doesnt even itch and now its red.(it wasnt red the day i got stung..) take some benadryle and put a cold compress on it for 10 minutes twice a day and see if that takes the irritation and swelling out. hope that helps. Put hydrocortizone cream on the sting 3 times a day. In case it was a sting by a bee, wasp, or dirt dauber ally some ammonia to a gauze dressing, or cotton ball and hold on the area as needed to help with the sting. Ice might help, most likley not, but it wont' hurt the area to try it. You also need to take the pill form of benadrly, not just the topical cream. If you get worse or don;t feel better by Saturday go to the doctor, maybe even sooner. Hope it heals soon |
