OWWW! iv just been stung by somethin and i dont have a clue wat it is!!?

I was walking with my little bro when suddenly somethin flew past me and stung me in the palm of the hand, watever it was flew off but left a massive stinger and and small yellow thing that kept moving. I kept it in untill i got home and pulled it out with a tweezer, by this point tho my hand had swollen and my fingers were cold.
Its now like 2 hours later and although the swelligng has gone down a bit it still hurts like hell and my fingers are a bit cold!
Iv taken pyriton and put benodrly on it, can anyone help me with wat the hell it was and wat i can do, i can hardly move my two last fingers!!!
(btw im pretty sure it wasnt a wasp/bee/hornet as iv been stung by all them before and its never been like this!!)

I, too, would say this sounds awfully like a bee sting. Unlike wasps and yellow jackets, bees do lose their stingers after using them, and often leave the poison sack attached, unlike other stinging insects. It probably hurts a lot more becuase of the length of time that the stinger was embedded into your palm. Keep taking that benadryll for swelling, if needed.

Sounds like a bee... don't know for sure. Try this.. it has worked for my granddaughter and she is sensitive to all stings.
Get a penny and place it over the bite/sting holding it in place with a band aid. Leave for about 15 minutes.

well the way you are describing the stinger it does sound like some sort of bee -the different effect on you could be because u were stung in a sensitive area...the small yellow thing that was moving was actually still pumping poison in, that is why it kept moving..but just know that if it was a bee or wasp he is dead now for sure

you need to see someone as it should have been better by now. just to be sure it isn't anything serious.
