The effect on bee stings and the treatment 4 them.?

Most bee stings are virtually harmless. If you start feeling weird or getting sick you may be allergic to them and you shuold go to the hospital.
To treat a bee sting first remove the stinger with a pair of tweezers. Then wash the area with soap and water, put ice on the area to reduce swelling. You may also make a paste with baking soda and water and apply it to the area, this reduces inflammation if the ice pack does not. Apply Calamine lotion to relive itching.
Hope this works for you. :)

There is medication for people that are allergic, not much available if you dont have an allergy, so take it like a man. Besides there are health benefits to stinks from bees, it helps control arthritis for one thing.

The effect can be mild to deadly, depending on any allergic reactions. To treat, chew a little bit of tobacco long enough to get it juicy. Do not swallow. Once the tobacco is wet enough, hold it on the bee sting. This helps reduce swelling and eases the pain.

It may sound gross, but it works. If you find you are allergic, see a doctor immediately.

I'm a nurse. Some patients are allergic to bee stings. I would see a doctor just in case. I have seen fatalities from them.

If you do not have allergies, here's a few interesting facts: Bee stings are acidic; whereas, Wasp stings are Alkaline. I believe that if you rub stinging nettle (alkaline as far as I know) on a bee sting, it will help reduce or neutralize the acidic substance from a bee sting. If this is not available, you may try some kind of basic substance on it like rubbing alcohol.

It really depends on the person. If the person is allergic then they need to be treated by a medical professional asap. There is also the opposite where a bite may be an inconvenient small prick when the bee bites and then no lingering effects. Calomine lotion can help as with mesquito bites for irritation. Iodine can be used for infection. If the pain is a bit much but you're not too worried about an allergic reaction or the bite continues to get worse than you can go with just some tylenol for pain relief and it should go away eventually. For the most part, bee stings are really just a pain and annoyance and are usually not harmful.

You can go into anafalactic shock if your alergic to bees and your throat swells up and makes it hard to breath. My grandson is allergic to bees and he had to go to the hospital to get treated. They gave him a shot of benadryl and i'm not sure what else. They gave him some benadryl tablets to take home in case he gets stung again. If you aren't allergic you just swell up where the bee stings you and it really itches.

If you are allergic and get stung: Take Benadryl and get to a hospital ASAP. Then get an Epi-Pen presciption and carry one with you.

If you are not allergic: Clean the sting. Remove the stinger (if there is one). Dampen the skin and hold an aspirin tablet on it. Its a random-sounding home remedy, but it always worked for our family.
