Every time I sneeze, or sometimes if I jump I pee a little bit... I haven't even had a kid and i'm only 14!!

About 9 months ago, I wet the bed and I wet another time 6 months ago too! Now i've started the sneeze/pee thing! I'm very careful with what I drink before bed now. No drinking after 5... But whats with the whole peeing when I sneeze thing? I know it happens to women who've had a baby, but i'm 14... Whats wrong with me?! I haven't told my parents about the bedwetting or random leaking when I sneeze.

Talk to your parents. I'm sure that this is completely normal, but you need your parent's counsel. We're nothing more than a bunch of strangers who don't necessarily have your best interest at heart. For every 3 serious answers, there will be a 10 y/o punk that has no bed time and likes to stir trouble or post like he's an adult. Your parents can share the burden of your problem and help you find the right solution.

Good luck!

See your doc. It might just be hormonal. Men also get stress incontinence, not just mothers and elderly people.

Talk to your parents, and to your family doctor. You may need to see a urologist - a doctor who specialises in that area. To start wetting after a long period of being dry might indicate another problem.
It could be as simple as cronic constipation putting too much pressure on the bladder, or be a symptom of diabetes, infection, or just weak muscles which control flow, etc.
In the mean time look up Kengal Exercises, and Pelvic Floor Exercises on the net. These help strengthen the pelvic floor, improving bladder control. They are the same ones that are taught to women who are pregnant or have had kids to make that area stronger.
You're not alone, it happens to more people than you think.

I get the same thing.. I pee a lil when i sneeze... or when i laugh hard... its annoying... I just have a weak bladder.... i think you might have the same... but... if i have a cold... sneeze a lot... i wear` a thin pad to stay dry... better than being wet... Good Luck

You should make them aware of the problem. Talk to your mom about it girl to girl. This happens to a lot of people, including men. It may be an incontinence problem for one reason or another and medical attention could clear it up.

Do NOT be ashamed to talk about it. You can't live like this at your young age. The bottom line is, your quality of life would decline. You'll eventually become depressed and that's just another 'not good' problem added on.

Talk to mom, sweetheart.

Good Luck!

the bed wetting thing can be due to stress or hormonal changes. but if it keeps up then you might want to bring that to attention with your dr.
the sneeze and pee thing is normal. it happens to me sometimes. it might be that you have a full or semi-full bladder before you sneeze. i wouldnt worry too much.
