Embarassing, did I wet my bed?

For the past 2 nights, I have woken up in the morning and found that my undies were wet. When I went to the bathroom in the morning, I peed and saw that I hadnt started my period (as I initially thought) and it was what appeared to be...pee. I have not wet my bed, I am 20 years old reasonably healthy female. I go to the restroom before bed and throughout the night had no disturbance or sensation that I was bedwetting. My bed itself is not wet, just panties and pants. This is an embarassing question and a little weird for me, but what could be going on? Please help. P.S. This is not "discharge"...

You could be having "Heat attacks" during the night causing sweating. I am in surgical menopause (at 29 yrs old) and sometimes I have sweat attacks in the night that don't wake me up, but I am wet behind the knees, arm pits, and all in my underware area. Try making it a little colder in your room or sleeping with a little less on, a fan blowing on you. Something like that to try and cool you off while you are sleeping. See if that works. If not, you can feel free to e-mail me and we can talk about some other stuff and maybe figure it out.

either you did pee during the night or your having really really wet dreams,in any case talk to a dr.

Maybe it is an orgasm and you are having wet dreams? If it is pee, and it is leaking out during the night, you probably have a bladder infection. Your bladder is not draining all the way empty, so it leaks as you sleep. Try drinking cranberry juice, but I would say you will have to see a doctor.

It's simple, sometimes women have a a secretion of fluids out their vaginas for lubrication during sleep. Sometimes you don't even have to be aroused by a dream. It's no cause for alarm and will probably end in a couple of days. Calm down and it will probably end after a few nights.

is your room hot/warm? maybe your sweating.

You might have drbbeld a bit of pee is all.

it has happened to me.
it wasn't urine. sometimes your vagina let's out secretions that are more watery than usual.

it's nothing to be worried about.
