Bedwetting at age 21?

Im pretty healthy guy, i had a history of bedwetting when i was younger during the normal bedwetting ages. But stopped at an appropiate age.

Recently though i have been peeing alot, but i have also been drinking water alot during certains days of the week.

The night before i did goto the bathroom a couple times more than i felt i should have been going.

Overall i do feel ive been going to alot more than usual.

The thing is, the night before, i drank some water which could have caused it but i usually pee before i goto sleep. I dont remember peeing last night, and if thats the case it wasnt that much water i drank (then again my bedwetting incident wasn't to big of a stain in my underwear) so there might be a connection.

Regardless ive gone years without this and no bladder problems in my history so i dont think 1 night of not peeing before i sleep could have caused this.

Im worried it can be an early sign of diabetes, but it could be a UTI.

Help me out.

its not sperm, i jerked off before i went to bed :)

There's a couple of things to think about. Since you described drinking a lot and peeing a lot, you're right to be concerned about diabetes. It's a simple blood test while fasting and is often seen as a standard test (so you may not have to explain wetting the bed to a doctor). Get it checked out! If you have it, the sooner its controlled the better off you'll be.
The next point is possible UTI (urinary tract infection). This may require you to explain to a doctor why you think you might have one....like wetting the bed. Normally, however, you might be able to simply ask for a urine culture to rule out "anything unusual". If you've got an infection, it will be important to get it cleared up. An infection in the urinary sphinster may cause a small leak (although it probably would be ongoing and not just during the night).
You mentioned masturbating that night before you went to sleep. Depending on how through you were or how well you cleaned up, there may have been some residual semen left in your penis that leaked out while you slept. You probably already know the texture of dried semen on clothing, so careful inspection may be helpful.
Failing all other options, it may have been a one time thing...totally random. If it occurs again and it is urine and not semen or any physical ailment, review your week for stress or unusual events. Make a chart or journal and determine when it occurs and what else is happening in your life.

Perhaps you should see your family doctor, or not drink anything two hours before you go to bed. Is there a history of sleep walking? Maybe you are doing that. I once got up in the middle of the night when I was young and pissed on our Attari game system, then went back to bed. Never remembered doing it though.

if it is only a little wet spot it maybe its puberty that's a maybe but i had this probl but i stoped at the age of 12 i try not to drink 2 hours before sleeping

Do you see a light on or in your dreams? If so you might be getting up going into the kitchen and peeing in the refrigerator. But seriously you might have some prostate troubles beginning, there could be an over weight problem, and as others have stated try not to drink anything a couple hrs before bed and make it a point to go pee b4 bedtime. Are you sure it is pee and not seaman? Might have a loaded gun and it needs to be unloaded.
