what is this? bedwetting at 20 years old??? is this normal?

It's not "normal", but it does happen to a lot more people than you might think. If it just happened in the last week for the first 2 times ever, then you should probably see a doctor, as it can be caused by a bladder infection or something like that. If it's happened to you before (even if you used to have a problem when you were like 5 or 6 and haven't for many years), it's not all that uncommon to have it happen again once in awhile, especially if you've been really tired or stressed out lately. Most people have to go to the bathroom during the night at least once in awhile (if you have a small bladder, or a high metabolism, you probably have to more often!), and if you're just too tired or too sound asleep to wake up when that happens... your bladder eventually can't hold it anymore, and you wet the bed. Some people even dream that they are in the bathroom urinating when this happens, but the dream is caused by the bladder being full, and you wet the bed because you're too sound asleep and don't wake up in time.

I'd say go to the doctor and get your urine tested for an infection, and if that comes back negative, don't worry about it too much. Wetting the bed by itself is not really dangerous to your health, and it does happen to a lot more people than you might think. If it happens very often, you might want to invest in a waterproof sheet so the mattress doesn't get ruined... and if it bothers you a lot, your doctor can probably suggest a couple of other methods of treatment you can try to help make it stop for good.

Go and see your doctor, you may have a urine infection, or there may be another underlying reason. Or you could have weak pelvic floor muscles, practice pelvic floor exercises.

im not sure if this is normal but it can happen if uve been dreaming of going to the toilet and just released; only to discover that u werent on 1 a lil' 2 l8. this has happnd 2 me the last time it hapnd i was 18 so maybe. try cutting back on the fluids b4 bed and go toilet just 2 b on the safe side.
