Crushing teeth in the night and Bedwetting.? |
My daughter is 9 years old.Her problem is Bedwetting and crushing the teeth in the night. Can you please help in solving this problem using home remedies,Since it's safe and has no side effects? Thanks in advance for all the co-operation. sounds like she's reliving some stress while she's sleeping. If there's anything during her daily routine that's causing her to act out or become withdrawn you need to focus on the issue there. In the meantime I would suggest getting her a mouthgaurd to keep her from damaging her teeth at night, and waking her up about two hours into her sleep pattern to get her to go to the bathroom. Also, don't let her drink any caffeinated beverages or apple juice past dinner time (if at all) they're diuretics which will aggrevate her bladder and cause her to urinate. The bed wetting needs to be checked out by the doc to rule out a medical cause for it. If everything checks out ok then there is nothing you can really do till she outgrows it. The grinding teeth she needs to see a dentist for and he can make a mouth gaurd for her to wear at night. |
