How to Solve a Bedwetting Problem? |
I am 25 yrs old Male and I have a bedwetting problem. I know its an embarrasing problem. so looking for help and solutions from anyone who know anything about it or can help?Its been going on for since i was a child stopped for about 5 years inbetween and been having it since about last 4 years now.. It's common for sleep apnea patients to wet the bed since they are way too tired to notice they have to go. Maybe something is upsetting you subconsciously? You could try to see a psychologist. One of my sons had this problem and he says the best advice I ever gave him was to hold it as long as he could and then force himself to hold it a little bit longer. I don't know if this makes a small bladder larger or what but it worked for him. |
