Do nappies actually help increase or stop bedwetting ?

I'm female and still bedwet. My mother bought me adult terry nappies & plastic pants after trying alarms, medication etc. the reason(s)

a. Soon as I unrinate in my nappy, I'll feel the wetness from the towel almost instantly, so I can rush to the bathrom, unfasten it and use the loo before I pee any more. By following this routine of waking up and going my bedwetting will eventually stop.

b. Better for people with sensitive skin as disposble pads causes rashes.

Some say that large terry towelling nappies (for older children, adults) are so heavy & fast in water- absorbency that the wearer fails to feel the wetness, which in a minority of cases, encourages bedwetting.

I haven't yet noticed any difference

"nappies" contain the urine, that is all they do. have you been seen by a urologist to make sure there is not a physical problem?

no it doesn't, my little sister wets the bed mostly every time she goes to sleep, all i can say is try not to sleep plenty thats when you wet the bed

try a bedwetting alarm it worked wonders for my son.
