Is it normal to have random bedwetting accidents? Like once a year or so? With the "going to the toilet" dream Yup, and I think anyone who has denied having that dream is lying. I've found that I have to pinch myself and really make sure I'm awake before I let anything go. But yes its normal. Your dream is just so realistic that you do what you think you are supposed to do. Now if you are bedwetting more than normal without a "reason" I would worry about your bladder. i had that when i was like 10 hmm... I have those dreams more than once a year and I havn't ever wet the bed that I can remember. Maybe I just have a strong bladder. or im better at waking up when i have to go that bad. but yeah, i guess its normal I guess so as my wife would every once in awhile. She wake up and then laugh and laugh and be all confused about what happened and apologetic. As long as it did not require changing all the sheets to stay in bed, it did not bother me. And, I must admit, this has happened to me too and worse. Luckily, she was not in bed with me. Almost always, it was due to having too much to drink, especially beer. |
