I have Barrett's Esophagus-my heartburn got so bad I threw up & burst several vessels on my face?

With high BP & Barrett's Esophagus, should see a Dr. Could I have had a heart attack?

Barrett's esophagus has no relation to heart disease. You should be under the care of a gastroenterologist (GI).

Hypertension (high BP) IS related to heart disease, and many other things. Your family doctor should manage this.

Heart burn has nothing to do with your heat. It deals with your stomach and digestion. High blood pressure can cause heart problems. If you want advise ask your doctor.
