Are there any good exercises for pulling up a sagging tummy after bariatric surgery?

I am not looking for a miracle here, or a six-pack stomach, but there has to be something I can do to help reduce the amount of skin sag I have going on here. I need to strengthen the muscles under the tissue, right? I can't find any good websites about this.
