How to clean my system for surgery?

Hello everyone,

I am having bariatric surgery next week and my doctor put me on a two week liquid diet. Tomorrow will be a complete 1st week, but I cheated by eating french fries. It seems since I've only be drinking fluids, my body needed the salt from the fries I quess. Anyway, I need to know what to do-I won't eat anymore, but should I try and clean out my system or what? He told me the purpose of the liquid diet was so that my liver would be a normal size---so have I totally messed up or what?
