I am looking for a menu planner for someone whom has just had bariatric surgery. I need meal portion sizes, and food ideas. please provide links. http://answers.google.com/answers/thread... A person who just had surgery should have been given extensive instructions on how, when and what to eat by the surgeon's office. Go with that information before using anything you get anywhere else. Different types of surgery have different nutritional requirements. |
