What exercises are the best for targeting all areas.? |
I am interested in trying pilates and yoga, and also rollerblading and playing tennis....So Please let me know of the benefits of them, individually. Thank you so much! Any special techniques/secrets that would help me get fit. I just had bariatric surgery this week. so I am making a plan for 4 weeks from now. Thank you so much for your time! Pilates and yoga will increase flexibility, better balanced, stonger body and a calmer mind. Rollerblading is excellent for balance and good for your legs, it is a good cardiovascular exercise. Tennis is good for a all round workout. It works the arms and shoulders and legs, and tennis will help you to get fitter stamina wise. It is also good for co-ordination. The best way to get fit is to eat healthy and gradually build up how much you exercise. There is no real secret, otherwise everyone would be in shape. I don`t know what bariatric surgery is but i would recommend that you find something you enjoy. If you enjoy pilates, yoga, rollerblading and tennis then go for it. There is alot more i could write but i don`t want to confuse you too much! Zone Pilates is great! I've been doing pilates for 6 months now, and my results have been amazing. The home exercises Pilates provides literally sculpts your body. I had the bariatric surgery and my recommendation begging waking. And ask your doctor before beginning an exercise program. The surgery is usually better externally in 4 weeks but the possibility of a hernia is present and certain types of exercise is better avoid on the first months. |
