Thoughts on Bariatric Surgery?

Thoughts on Bariatric Surgery?

It is very dangerous but it works for those who have it done. it will change your life forever.

If you have a lot of weight to lose, remember that your skin will not "bounce back" as quickly as the weight comes off. So you will end up with a lot of lose skin. Some insurances pay for plastic surgery to have some of the skin removed.

How dire is your need to lose weight? It is best you use this surgery as a last resort only.

Don't do it. It will cause terrible things to happen to your hair teeth and nails. You will not be able to retain nutrients either. If you want to lose weight, go on the diabetic diet. It really does work and you can eat a LOT more than what most people think.
