Lots of Questions regarding bariatric surgery? Both RNY and Lapband I need support? |
I got a referral from my endrocinologist to have this done. Reason I got the referral is cause I want it. I wanna know the pros and cons of both the RNY(gastric bypass) and the Lapband also the longterm effects each might have all this and that. Any postops out there who can help me major TIA to you . I am worried and scared but excited and looking foreward to a new life also. I also would like to know if you can still have the lapband with a hital hernia and if they would just fix the hernia first? and how medicaid covers these thanks I got lots of questions regarding this.Any post ops willing to chat with me in Messenger my id is metalheadmissy74 thanks for help. I feel so alone going through this and terrified. But I look back at how badly i was treated cause of my obesity thanks to polycystic ovarian syndrome and how much weight I'd have left to loose I can't think of an alternative to this. I tried on my own and did well but seems to take forever. I did really well on weight watchers diet. and exercise program but with diabetes I think and hope this is a better route to deal with to add as a "TOOL" to help with the diet and exercise i am already doing. I ain't extremely big like a 600 lb person but for my height and weight I am I have a bmi of 50.1 . So I think I choose the right path I hope. Hi Hi, |
