Swap proccessed to proper meals ?.... weight gain ?

right , i'm trying hard to recover from an eating disorder, i have slowly been getting beterm upping ma calories one week , giving up obsessively excercising the next..

for months and months i lived on pre pack dinners as i had to knw the calorie content of every tiny thing... i have agreed with my mum, after many arguments, to eat a few home cooked meals a week, not stuff tthats full of bad calories like chips and sausage rolls etc, but just normal stuff like chicken , maybe some pasta or cottage pie etc... but it will be in small portions , like child size...

will i gain weight by doing this ?

i'm not very active (30 min walking ) and i'm 15, 5 ft7 and 115lbs , i eat around 1300-1400 calories a day , be fore you comment on this , my health worker knows these facts and has no issue with my weight or calories .... so please don't nag me

will i gain weight ?

I HAVE A BALANCED DIET THROUGHOUT THE DAY AS WELL

you may...seeing as you cant be certain how many calories you get with a meal that doesnt have a lable. but you can estimate a portion and its calorie content. all i know, however...is that prepackages meals are a lot saltier and unhealthy for you than healthy hone cooked meals, and you should learn to enjoy the meals at home. if your not sure hwo your mom is cooking and you get nervous go in the kitchen and help out...see what shes adding come up with your own recepies for chicken that are low in fat and that you are ok with eating. experiemnt!
