Will the master cleanser lemon diet screw up my electrolyte balance? |
I have suffered from an eating disorder and my electrolyte balance has been off, and I wanted to do this lemon juice cleanse but I wasn't sure if it would be hard on my body... Lemon...is a good source of vitamin C...if i were u i did gulp in loads of lemon juice! i like it! anything that is not a balanced diet will screw with everything including your electrolytes. I don't want to sound preachy, but this might not be a good cleanse for you if your problem is anorexia or bulimia because of the lack of food. I would say that this is a personal choice to do a cleanse like this, and I personally think that this is the best, besided the saltwater drinking. Follow the link listed as my source. There is great info there. |
