Increase body fat!? |
I'm recovering from anorexia, and I am VERY athletic, doing daily gym workouts of at least 100 mins plus loads of walking and jogs. I do lots of cardio and strength training, and have found that as I've gained weight while recovering, the weight has been all muscle, and I've continued to lose body fat (which is currently at about 8%). I need to increase my body fat percentage to get my periods back and I don't know how to do this!! Please help! All the info out there on gaining weight tells you how to gain muscle and lose fat - I need some fat....although I'm really worried that any fat I gain will go straight to my stomach - i've heard this happens to people recovering from eating disorders..... since you're still recovering from anorexia, your body's adjusting. you should eat more and eventually you'll get the ammount of fat your body needs. keep on exercising, though not as much. Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results.
