How hard is it to deal with being an addict and having an eating disorder.? |
I am an addict in recovery and am dealing with an eating disorder and find it difficult to find a balance and not let my weight get out of control and stay clean and sober at the same time. It's very hard, as you well know. BUT WORTH IT!! Good for you for getting off the ****. You need to keep busy. Hang out with people that have the same goals as you. You need support. And, your weight won't get out of control if you exercise, this will help with the stress too. Good luck to you!! Keep up the good work!! God grant me the Serenity to Accept the thing I can not Change, Courage to Change the things I can, and Wisdom to know the Difference. First of all... *holds your hand* God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change; the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Amen. |
