Am i too thin? Help? |
My wrist is about 14.5cm in circum. . I am 159 cm tall. Weigh about 41kg. I don't suffer from eating disorder. My mom doesn't work and cook for me everyday...so ya i have a balanced diet everyday. Sometimes eat about 4-5 meals a day. But doesn't seems to grow fat no matter how much i eat =( ...i wanna gain at least 5 more kg. And that might be impossible because i have high metabolism. Do you have any suggestion how i could gain weight? btw i am 15 this year and an asian. You have a BMI of 16.2, which is underweight (18.5 is the minimum threshold for normal weight). However, BMI is not a perfect indicator so that doesn't necessarily mean that you're unhealthy. You probably have a high metabolism and small bone structure. This is not really a bad thing (though be sure to get a lot of calcium in your diet because you will be more prone to osteoporosis than larger people). i would kill to be that tiny. i mean as long as your healthy it doesnt matter how thin or fat you are and as long as your happy. the way you naturally are is the way you look best hey victoria beckam would be envious of you..ur waist is too thin..eat well.take care I would kill for your body! But I am actually taller than you, so I have to weigh a couple of kg more. Everybody likes junk food once in a while, so after your dinner in the evening, have a couple of your favourite biscuits for dessert. Try eating different types of unsalted nuts aswell, because these are full of good fats. Just don't go overboard! Good luck! You are probably just small framed and typically asians do tend to weigh less because their bones are lighter and they have less muscle mass. |
