I need to lose weight fast in order to model swimsuits-what do you think about my diet?

Over the past months I've been depressed and gained a lot of weight. I鈥檓 still average weight and have a healthy BMI, but I used to be much skinnier (I still had healthy BMI).
I swim as a hobby and my coach has a friend who鈥檚 a model鈥檚 agent. He asked me to model swimsuits for a new company that sells swimsuits for teens. I've always been told that I should model but I never took it seriously because I think that it鈥檚 a shallow occupation, and I've never found it interesting or worthy. However, I鈥檓 tired of my crappy part time jobs and I need money. It was two months ago and I've gained even more weight since. I told him about my weight gain and he said that he still wants me but that I should lose the weight until march.

I鈥檓 sorry for the long introduction, but I just wanted to make it clear that I鈥檓 not into crash diets and that I do not have an eating disorder. I know that the preferable way is to exercise and have a balanced and healthy diet, but I only have 2 months to lose

weight and I鈥檓 no good at eating a balanced diet.

My diet plan:
Breakfast- coffee (with sugar- I can鈥檛 drink it without it) and a fruit.

Lunch- a sandwich (probably avocado) and a fruit (plus veggies or a salad if I鈥檓 not too lazy to prepare it).

Dinner- same as lunch.

I鈥檓 addicted to coffee and I have between 3 to 7 cups a day, I won鈥檛 bother to change it although it鈥檚 with sugar. On weekends I am planning to drink. Also I exercise about 3 times a week.

I鈥檇 appreciate your opinion and suggestions about my diet!

1) Eat Less processed food
2) Start Walking
3) Get on a program, Jenny craig .com

We've all heard the old adage "All things in moderation." Well, there is a school of thought in weight loss that says that theory is all it takes to arrive at and maintain your natural weight. With that in mind, let's take a look at some simple portion control techniques that will surprise you -- they're very easy to do, but what a difference they can make!

Meet yourself half-way.
You can lose weight and still eat your favorite foods! Just decrease your portion sizes by half. For example, if you are used to eating a whole deli or sub sandwich at lunch, just eat half and supplement your meal with raw veggies on the side and finish of with some fresh fruit. Then wait to see if you're still hungry. If you pause after eating the first half and allow yourself a few minutes to feel satiated, you just may find you're too full to eat the other half anyway.

Ask for a doggie bag.
Restaurant portions are unbelievable -- nearly twice the size they were 15 years ago.

When dining out, ask the waiter for a take away container as soon as he brings the food. Go ahead and put some of your food in the box as soon as it is served. You can always take some back out to eat at the restaurant if you're still hungry, but chances are you won't want to. Heat the leftovers up tomorrow for lunch.

Downsize that dinner!
Many restaurants offer lunch size portions of their dishes, which are smaller than their full-size dinner entrees. Don't be afraid to ask if you can purchase the lunch size entree at dinner time. Feeling like a kid at heart? Ask to order from the children's menu! If you tell your server that you're dieting, they'll probably allow it. Practicing this portion control pointer will save your waistline some inches and your wallet some bucks!

No mega-super-biggie anything!
Fast food portions are over-sized, so there's no need to add insult to injury by super-sizing. No matter how much of a "better deal" upgrading your meal's size may be, don't be tempted! In fact, steering clear of "meal deals" altogether is very wise. You're much better off ordering a chicken sandwich or burger and a side salad. You could also order a kids meal; kids meals contain what used to be normal sized portions for us grown ups (Before there were "value" meals or combos, that is!).

Good portions come in small packages.
If you find your will power is overpowered by a full bag of potato chips sitting in the pantry, don't buy the large bags at all. Buy the individual lunch size bags one at a time. Just don't buy the 12-bag assortment box if you think you'll be easily tempted to finish off the entire box in a sitting! Or, divvy out chips into single serving snack bags as soon as you get them home.

Size up servings.
Just how many mini rice cakes (or your other favorite snacks) are in a serving? Do you even know? Check the box and see -- you may be surprised at how many servings you are actually consuming. Learn what a controlled portion of your favorite snacks look like by measuring them out the next time you eat them. Then, once you see how much a serving really looks like, you'll be able to "eyeball" it from then on and know how much is too much.

Be gone, buffets!
I have to avoid buffets like the plague. It is nearly impossible to practice portion control in an "all-you-can-eat" situation. If you've ever left a buffet feeling sick, just think about how you felt the next time you're tempted to gorge.

Learn the standards:
3 oz. of meat is the size of a deck of cards or an audio tape; 1 oz. of meat is the size of a matchbook; 1 cup of potatoes, rice or pasta looks like a tennis ball.

you need more protein in your diet! have a Boca Burger sandwich. a Boca Burger is a vegetarian sandwich patty, so they are low in calories and fat and high in protein, which we all need!

also, take calcium pills, as you are not eating much dairy. also B12 supplements since you don't seem to be eating meat (you only get B12 from animal products)

i'd add a few things i've listed above to my diet. other than that, your diet seems good for a short-term weight loss, but after you get to the weight you need, see your doctor for a better, well-balanced diet.
