Go to your doctor DO NOT TRY TO SELF MEDICATE its a waste of time. Ask him/her to prescribe you Clindesse cream AND Metronidazole. Use as prescribed TILL COMPLETE , do NOT stop when u stop showing symptoms. These are a list of things i did as follow up:

docuhe with water and hydro peroxide 1 a month
ease up on sugar intake
cotton underwear
NO IRISH SPRING!!! or harsh soaps, i switched to dove, expensive but worth it
go to your GNC, but SUPER ACIDOPHILIS (10 billion) take one every SINGLE day.

Follow up with doctor

There are some over the counter remedies like Vagisil and they now have a kit that will tell if you do have a yeast infection or not. It's also recommended to wear cotton panties but I can't bring myself to that one yet. I still wear nylon panties with a cotton crotch it helps but there is still some moisture build up from regular discharge. Check out this website.
