Is It Possible that I may be Pregnant even if I used a condom w/ spermicide? |
OK Girlz, 16 days a go I had my cycle and saturday my ovaries were bothering me so I knew I was ovulating. Then Labor Day Monday I notice that I was spotting and today is thursday and Im still spotting. It is light in color. I know it is not a uti, bacterial vaginosis or tricamosis. I use condoms w/ spermicide all the time. My husband is frecking out. I LOL and tell him we have been careful, but now Im a little bi nervous. So girls give me an imput. im giving it a few more days to see what happends then I will call the dr for advice. I can't belive even useing a condom w/ spermicide cant even protect you from getting preg. LOL that will be the first if I happend to get pregnant due to weak spermicidel agent. LOL. Thanks in advance. Spotting can occasionally occur after ovulation. If you think you were ovulating around Saturday and the spotting started on Monday then this is possible. It is always possible. I would take a home test and get it over with. You could be pregnant and having spotting (unlikely) Did you change brands of condoms? Could be an allergic reaction to latex or the spermicide. Also, Could be a tear in the vaginal wall from the condom rubbing or lack of lubrication. Could be pregnancy, but you didn't say the condom broke (so probrobly not). Maybe you should look up contraception on the internet and get some numbers. You could very well be pregnant. Condoms are not a very reliable method of birth control if that's all you're using. yes it's definitely possible ya u iz pregnant u kno who yo baby daddy be? It is possible. I got pregnant with my third daughter while I was on the pill and we used a condom. She is my miracle child:) Anything is possoble!!! There is NO 100% reliable contraceptive although condoms used with spermicide are very effective. Where there's a will there's a way. In other words, if you are meant to be pregnant, you're going to be. I got pregnant off a toilet seat. |
