Is my bacterial infection back?

I ended up in the ER two weeks ago for a severe bacterial infection of my lungs, sinuses, etc. I was prescribed a z-pak which I finished a week ago. Today, my symptoms are starting to come back. Is this the same infection or a new one? I'm going back to the ER in the morning. In the future is there anything I can do to keep this from reoccuring?

You probably became immune to the z-pack. They will probably give you another medicine. In the future I would wash hands more often cause honey,there are germs everywhere! Hope you feel better.
