Lately, I am always sick. I am usually healthy?

Hello all
I am an 18 y/o female... In sept I suffered from a bladder infection. Took bactrim, it disappeared. It reappeared in Oct so my doctor gave me a higher dosage of bactrim. I couldnt do it, it made me nauseous. I then took some other anti bacterial medicine and was 'better' however, around late oct i started vomiting, sleeping alot and i had a cold. It seemed to clear on its own.

Now, almost 3 weeks later I am vomiting again, I have chills all over my body, and i am aching. Ive passed it on to my boyfriend too because he has the same symptoms. I also have pain right below my ribcage on the right. It started in the back but now its at the front. I also suspect another bladder infection, however went to the doctor and he told me he couldnt see anything.

My doctor said he would call with the results today if i had a bladder infection but he didnt. I think he thinks there is nothing wrong with me whatsoever.

Why am I getting sick so often and how can I relieve my symptoms?

start eating a ridiculous amount of fruits and vegetables.
(and drink a lot of liquid)
i think you just need to flush out your system.
drink a lot of cranberry juice too.

this is what i do when i get sick back to back.

i am no professional, but hey, what could doing these things hurt?

Better to continue your family Doctors advice for all further necessary investigations and treatment.

You ever considered the fact that you might be pregnant???? My son pushed on my girls ribcage causing some pain...I'd say the only remedy would be to just wait the full 9 months and have the baby, after that all this should stop.

sounds like the uti that you had in october has turned into a kidney infection due to you not finishing your meds. You should see a urologist.
