I've been reading medical advice because a suffer from a vaginal infection. It seems that if you wash a lot and use cleaning products, it will mess with your chemical balance and cause infection, but if you don't wash isn't it the same? Treat your infection by having a medical doctor look at you. After that, do not use all the vaginal cleaning products. We are not meant to use them. It messes up what our vaginas are meant to do on their own. If you worry about odor, take baths regularly. Bathing rather than showering is the trick. Use soap on the outside areas, like you would anywhere else. Do not put anything inside you. consult your gyne doctor. |
