Pain In My Pain and Back? |
I started to get severe pain in my hip and my lower back. I ran a mile yesterday morning and walked on an incline on the treadmill. I didn't have the pain until yesterday night. It's very difficult to sit a certain way or get up from the couch. Also, I'm noticing a pain going down my leg and some tingling. Will this pain go away or is this something I need to see the doctor for? You need to see a doctor. Radiating pain and tingling are serious symptoms that may indicate a nerve injury, not just musculo-skeletal. These are not likely to resolve without treatment. Make an appointment with a specialist (neurologist or orthopedist) who will examine you and give you a proper diagnosis and treatment options. to be able to know the underlying cause of back pain try to seek the help of a physical therapist. there are also ways to treat back pain like warm water theraphy, massage, and rest. for more tips on relieving back pain visit http://www.reliefmd.com |
